Refund & Returns Policy

At Race Day Co, every order is individually created with care. Most of our products are personalised specifically for each customer, making every mug unique.
Our goal is simple:
We want every customer to be genuinely delighted with their order.

Personalised Products

Because our mugs are custom-made using your supplied artwork, photographs or logos, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.
For this reason, we encourage you to carefully review all artwork, spelling, colours and design approvals before your order is finalised.

If We’ve Made a Mistake

If we’ve made an error during production, or your order does not match the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the affected item.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where possible.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, customers are entitled to the appropriate remedies for products that are faulty, damaged or not supplied as agreed.
