Our Products
Most of our products are individually personalised using artwork, photographs, logos or information supplied by you.
Before production begins, you’ll receive a design proof for approval where applicable. Please take a moment to carefully check spelling, colours, images and layout, as production begins once your approval is received.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice, however the price confirmed at the time of your order will always be honoured.
Payment
Payment is required before production begins unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept secure online payment methods offered through our website.
Production & Delivery
As every order is custom made, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have permission to use any photographs, logos or artwork supplied to us.
Race Day Co accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark issues arising from material provided by customers.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect the information needed to complete your order and provide customer service.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in creating and packaging your order, our liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding products where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
