Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, we will begin preparing your order.
Most of our products are individually created or personalised for each customer., please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
If there is likely to be any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We currently ship throughout Australia using reputable postal and courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking information will be provided where available.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery time frames are outside our control once an order has been collected by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

Every mug we create tells someone’s racing story, so we take great care in preparing and packaging every order before it leaves us.
If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Where you can, include a few photographs of the damage so we can understand what has happened.
Most importantly, please don’t worry.
